At 9: 00 am on May 10th, 2017, the inaugural meeting of Refrigeration Association was held in Jiangnan Hall on the third floor of Yijing Holiday Hotel at the intersection of Jiefang Road and Binhe West Road. Attending the meeting were: Chairman Kong Fanbin, Executive Chairman of Shandong Refrigeration Society, Deputy Director of Mall Management Committee Guan Pingping, Chief Li Xin of Linyi Civil Affairs Bureau, Chief Wu Yingping and other leaders.The participants in this meeting are individuals and enterprises who have been engaged in refrigeration industry for a long time, and more are new backbones emerging in the development of refrigeration industry, totaling more than 60 people. The development of refrigeration industry is a new and developing modern business mode, and refrigeration is a future economic development trend. Under this situation, it is of great significance and far-reaching influence to hold the inaugural meeting of Linyi Refrigeration Association.The task of this conference is to elect the leading members of Linyi Refrigeration Association, study and deploy the future tasks of the association, unite and lead people from all walks of life in the refrigeration industry, actively play the role of the association in the construction of socialist market economy, blaze new trails, work together, and strive to build Linyi Refrigeration Association into an organization that is proactive, adaptable to the market, and promotes economic and harmonious development.
The first item of the meeting: Chief Li Xin of Linyi Civil Affairs Bureau read a letter on agreeing to hold the inaugural meeting of the Association.The second item of the meeting: Speech by Chairman Kong Fanbin, Executive Chairman of Shandong Refrigeration SocietyItem 3 of the meeting: Comrade Zhang Ruifeng made a report on the preparatory work.Item 4 of the meeting: Review and vote on the articles of association (draft articles of association of Linyi Refrigeration Association). By voting, the articles of association were unanimously adopted.Item 5 of the meeting: consider and vote on the draft financial management measures. By voting, the draft was unanimously adopted.Item 6 of the meeting: deliberation, voting and election methods.
At this meeting, it is proposed to elect one president, five vice presidents, one secretary-general and three deputy secretaries-general. There are 20 directors, 1 supervisor and 6 supervisors, and the representatives of the members attending the meeting shall vote by secret ballot. The election must be attended by more than 2/3 members' representatives at the members' congress and approved by more than half of the members' representatives present.According to the provisions of the election method, the meeting set up two scrutineers and two tellers. The scrutineers are Shao Zhuguo and the person in charge of Linyi Tianyu Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd.. Song Yuguo, head of Linyi Guoxing Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. The tellers are Liu Jianli, manager of e-commerce department of Linyi Hardware Network.
