When outdoor air enters the cold storage, it will not only increase the cold consumption of the cold storage, but also bring moisture into the warehouse. The condensation of moisture will cause the building structure, especially the heat insulation structure, to be damaged by moisture and freezing.
5, all parts of the cold storage structure and cold storage building materials should have enough frost resistance. Because the foundation of cold storage is affected by low temperature, the moisture in the soil is easily frozen. Due to the volume expansion of frozen soil, the ground will be cracked and the whole building structure will be deformed. If the damage is serious, it may even make the cold storage unusable.
Pay attention to the following points in the operation of cold storage:
1, regular inspection and maintenance of retaining structure.The maintenance of cold storage structure should also attract everyone's attention. At present, infrared detection is applied in many industries. The so-called infrared thermal imager is a kind of detection equipment that detects infrared energy (heat) through non-contact and converts it into electrical signals, and then generates thermal images and temperature values on the display, and can calculate the temperature values. It can quantify the detected heat, so that you can not only observe the thermal images, but also identify and strictly analyze the fault areas with fever.
2. Drain the oil in timeOil adhesion on the surface of heat exchanger will lead to the decrease of evaporation temperature and the increase of condensation temperature, so oil should be drained in time, and automatic control mode can be adopted, which can not only reduce the labor of workers, but also control the time and amount of oil drainage.
3, timely defrostingThe heat transfer coefficient of steel is generally about 80 times that of frost. If the evaporator surface is frosted, it will increase the thermal resistance of the pipeline, reduce the heat transfer coefficient, and reduce the refrigeration capacity. Therefore, when the system runs for a period of time, it should be defrosted in time to avoid unnecessary energy consumption of the system.
4. Prevent non-condensable gas from entering the pipeline.Because the adiabatic index of air (n=1.41) is greater than that of ammonia (n=1.28), when non-condensable gas exists in the refrigeration system, the discharge temperature of the refrigeration compressor will increase due to the increase of condensation pressure and compressed air. The research shows that when the non-condensable gas is mixed in the refrigeration system, its partial pressure will reach 0.2aMP, the system power consumption will increase by 18% and the refrigeration capacity will decrease by 8%.
5, rational use of night boot time.(1) Effective use of peak and valley electricity at night At present, China has implemented different charging standards for electricity according to different time periods, and various provinces and cities have also made adjustments according to the actual situation. The peak and valley are very different, and the cold storage consumes a lot of energy. It can be used to store cold at night to avoid the peak period of electricity consumption during the day.(2) Rational use of the temperature difference between day and night In China, the temperature difference between day and night is large. According to statistics, the power consumption of the compressor can be reduced by 1.5% and the refrigeration capacity per unit shaft power will be increased by about 2.6%. When the ambient temperature is low at night, the condensation temperature will also drop. According to the literature, the temperature difference between day and night can reach 6 ~ 10℃ in the maritime climate area, 10 ~ 15℃ in the continental climate area and 8 ~ 12℃ in the southern region. Therefore, increasing the startup time at night is beneficial to the energy saving of cold storage.
