1. Load: bear the engineering construction load, precipitation, smoke and dust, snow load and maintenance load. The load-bearing characteristics of metal roof panels are related to the section characteristics of plate shape, the thickness of compressive strength of materials, the method of force transmission and the interval of steel purlins.
2. Lighting: The total construction area of steel structure workshops is generally large, so indoor lighting can be improved according to panoramic skylights in broad daylight to save energy. When laying out lighting tiles or light laminated glass in special parts of metal roof, it should be considered that the service life of panoramic skylight is harmonious with metal roof panel, and moisture-proof solution should be done at the joint of panoramic skylight and metal roof panel.
3. Waterproofing: Especially in rainy season in summer, avoid the condensation of water vapor in the bottom layer and the metal roof layer, and discharge the water vapor in the metal roof layer. The solution is to fill thermal insulation cotton in the metal roof layer: a waterproof film is laid under the metal roof bottom plate, and the metal roof plate is provided with connection points that can be naturally ventilated.
4. Lightning protection: There are many storms in summer. When designing the scheme, the steel structure workshop must lead the lightning strike to the road surface to avoid the lightning strike penetrating the metal roof and entering the room.
5. Fire safety: In the whole application process of steel structure workshop, fire accident is a major safety hazard. In case of fire in steel structure workshop, the raw materials of metal roof are not easy to ignite, and the flame is not easy to penetrate through the metal roof panel.
6. Waterproof layer: In addition to doing a good job of leakage prevention, the steel structure workshop must also prevent precipitation from infiltrating into the metal roof panel from the outside. The metal roof layer is filled with sound-absorbing materials (generally treated as thermal insulation cotton), and the actual effect of sound insulation and noise reduction is indicated by the sound intensity level difference between the two sides of the metal roof layer. The actual effect of sound insulation and noise reduction is related to the relative density and thickness of sound-absorbing materials. It should be noted that sound-absorbing materials have different isolation effects on sounds with different frequencies.
8. Thermal insulation: Do a good job of precipitation in summer, on the other hand, do a good job of thermal insulation in winter. Block the heat transfer on both sides of the metal roof of the steel structure factory building, so that the average temperature in the room is stable. The thermal insulation function is completed by filling thermal insulation materials (commonly glass fiber wool and rock wool board) under the metal roof panel.
